NEC Eletra Elite 192 Caller ID ETU

I have purchase a COID(8)-U10 ETU. I installed it but I get no dial tone at the phone, put the old COI(8)-U10 ETU back in I have dial tone. Do I need to change some programming for this to work? If so can someone give me some direction?

Are your trunks loop or ground start? The COID(8)-U10 ETU is Loop Start with DTMF signaling only.
NOTE: The KMM(1.0)U is a feature module that is installed on the MIFM-U( ) ETU to provide LCR or Caller ID scrolling and dialing features.

Yes, they are loop start.

Did you reprogram the card as a COI-D? There is a different setting for that card in MB 7-1.
