NEC Electra Elite ring cycle

Our system only rings twice before going to voice mail if call is from outside. IT rings 6 times if call is internal. How can I change the ring cycle for the call coming from the ouside?

4-01 9 lights are green....4-02 8 lights are green

Check 1-2-22. It sounds like it is set around 12 seconds.

MMM, my mistake as I misread your post. 1-2-22 is the cf no answer timer but is set for 6 rings so this is set out at 30 seconds.

look at 1-1-77 and 3-61 then post back.
