Hello all just a quick question.
I have been asked to help with the maintenance of an Elite IPK
(Rls 4 I believe) we have 6 phones with 3 line appearing on them.
we can receive calls and dial out by pressing one of the line buttons, but if we try to dial from the intercom 9+ the number my display shows error on it and cant get out.
I have gone thru the programming and as far as I can tell CO1-CO3 are assinged to tenant 00, group 1, but I cant seem to find where the programming for the Trunk access code .
can one of you point me in the right direction 0n hoe to programm the 9 ns where to do it.

Memory block 1-1-46 is single digit number plan. If "9" is set to 100 then it is programmed to access a trunk from group 00.

Put the unused trunks in a different trunk group so that when you dial 9, It won't try to grab the last trunk that doesn't have dial tone or appear on the phone. That's probably why you're getting the error. You only have three lines. If you have a 4 port CO card put trunk 4 in a different group. If you have an 8 port CO card, put CO's 4-8 in a different trunk group. Program 3-03 is trunk to trunk group.

got it taken care of thank you..
