Dear all,

We are trying to operate a NEC DT700 ITL-12D-1 BK TEL phone in SIP Standard mode

1. We have successfully installed the SIP Standard firmware DT700_v2.3.109.4.
2. We have configured the TFTP service and the NEC phone requests config files, obtains them and applies the SIP configuration.
3. Then the NEC phone sends a REGISTER to our asterisk based PBX:

Session Initiation Protocol (REGISTER)

In the SIP REGISTER we see that the phone never sends the SIP User Auth password.

This is a SIP REGISTER from a XLite softphone, that sends the correct password information (in yellow):

We have configured the NEC SIP configuration file and we see that all the data is correctly updated locally in the NEC extension. But we do not know why the NEC Extension does not send the SIP password. (Attached file)

I appreciate any help you can give us in advance.

Sincerely,
RR
