NEC DSX 80 Windows 7

Windows 7 user account with administrative rights cannot login to NEC DSX 80. Says another programming session may be active. However, when logged in as administrator, there are no issues connecting to NEC DSX. Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

Did you ever get a response or solve your problem? I am having the same issue.

You try right clicking on the program and run as administrator? Also check the task manager and make sure its not running in the background somewhere.
