I am setting up my first dept group and have set up an ext group in 16-02. I then went into 11-07 and gave it a pilot number of 350 which is a number not already in use. Lastly I assigned 2 existing extensions to be in dept group 50. When I dial the pilot number 350, I'm just getting a fast busy. What did I miss or where did I go wrong?

Thanks,
Woody

I disconnected but it didn't change anything. I'm using webpro

Check that the pilot number in 11-07 appears next to group 50. Might also be worth going to those two extensions and logging them out and back in to the group using Service Code 750.
