Hi all,
Suddenly all the analogue extension from 8501 to 8540, when you dial them internally, you hear the main welcome Auto Attendant message playing, instead of phones ringing.
Also they call from any of the 85xx extension to any other extension internally, you hear the phone ring, but the called extension does not make sound
If I call any other analogue extension 81xx to 84xx, they ring normally and can make normal internal call.
I have checked the voicemail card, but I from what I can make out nothing has changed, and if I call the main number I hear the main welcome Auto Attendant message playing which is good.
Is there somewhere else that i can check to see where why the AA is playing on the extensions or use a code to disable this?
