Hello I setup a IP phone for a customer. The IT guy says he did the port forwarding in the Comcast router. Im able to call extensions from my home to the office and they can call me.But when I go to answer the call Im getting a busy.. Or when I call a extension and dial 1 to voice announce I get a busy. I checked NAT in 10-46-14 because we are not doing a VLAN and still not working. Im thinking IT didnt do there job in Port Forwarding. UDP 5080 5081
I put the VOIP IP in 10-12-09 and a 2nd IP in 84-26.

Thanks

In addition, make sure UDP ports 10020-10099 are being forwarded to the IP set in 84-26 using the same public IP. These are the audio packets (RTP). Otherwise, you won't be able to use TDM resources on the 9100 like VM, MLT, SLT, and POTS/PRI trunks

In Licensing, note how many 5103 (VoIP Channel licenses) you have. Go to 10-54 and in the License 1 field note 5103 and then input the quantity.
Make sure your public IP is noted in 10-12-07
IF you are doing VPN, note your remote network addresses in 10-58

These are some of the more common things that trip me up when I rush.

Also agree with making sure SIP ALG or SIP helper is disabled on BOTH sides in the routers.

I also have found a system reboot after changing any of the above is often necessary.

Hello phonetechallen32,

You may try turning off "Peer to Peer" in system block 15-05-50 for your extension.

I have had many users working from home via a VPN and turning it off often helps with audio / call completion issues.

Thank you guys. I found the issue its my fault. I never added the licenses in 10-54
