Have you tried resetting the system and what LEDs are on?

Any other LEDs in the system? Is there no tone on the Dterms as well as analogues?
Where are you situated, I would guess southern hemisphere probably NZ as I don't recognize the M80VS but ICS was a southern hemisphere designation. This being an American website it would be known as an IVS!
