Hi,

I am having no luck locating the system speed dial list. They had been set up previously so that any user could dial ## and a 2 digit number.
Where would I list out the current numbers, and where do I make changes?

Can anyone in the house help me on how to solve calls not ringing out on desk telephone, only light flashing when call is placed. (21 lines in total).

1. You need to post this separately. It is a different system and not part of this post.
2. That being said, try looking at button ring assignment in CMD 9001.
3. Also, clarify is this a multiline telephone of an attendant console?
