I am having problems with call forwarding RNA to voicemail. For some reason my switch is defaulted to six rings before forwarding to voicemail. I need to reduce the amount of rings before forwarding to voicemail. How do I do this in MOC commands? Can anyone help me?

This is a system wide change, check your manual for cmd 410

410>01> is for trunk calls and 410>15 is for internal and transferred calls.
If you have a newer IPS and the station is flagged in 1346 to a 0 the timers would be 410>100 and 410>101.
Also if you have R8 or higher the individual no answer time can be assigned per station with 1346 to a 0 and E607>Ext #>seconds for forward on CO calls and E608>Ext #>seconds to forward on intercom and transferred calls.

Oh and I'm a noob with the system so speak stupid for me.
