Hello,
I just had a voice mail system go out on my NEC 124i. I replaced it with a KeyVoice 4 port Corporate Office. I have set everything up but no matter how you call in to it it goes to the main greeting. Even if a call is forwarded to someones mailbox. I believe that it has something to do with the trans.txt file. When I looked at it it has X=X*,* is the only thing in it. I have never dealt with KeyVoice before. I have always used DuVoice. Please let me know if you have a trans.txt file for coporate office that is being used on a 124i or if you can tell me what I need to put there. It doesn't tell you in the manual what it is specifically for the 124i nor does it tell you in the 124i manual what digit it outputs. Please let me know it is very important that I get this thing going soon.

Thanks,
NortelVoip

You might want to contact KeyVoice and see if there is somekind of integration string that needs to be setup in there software...good luck

The KeyVoice might not work because is does not know the trailing digits that the 124i sends....Also you might want to look in the programming for the KeyVoice to see if there is an option to select what type phone system you have it connected to..

Well I do have it working for the most part. I wish that someone here had the integration notes for the 124i from KeyVoice. The manuals says they are available on their website but only to dealers. It would be nice f somone who has access could email them to me.

Thanks,
