We have a NEC phone system with a NEAXMAIL IM-16 VM. All of a sudden, a station is no longer going to voicemail after a certain amount of rings. I have logged into the web based portal of the NEAX and do not see anything different on that particular profile versus the others. Anyone have a suggestion as to where to look or maybe a setting I might have missed? Perhaps the person stationed at that desk accidently punched in a code to stop the voicemail from kicking in?
