NEAXMAIL AD-64 WITH MULTIPLE 2400 IPX

Voicemail crashed last Friday. Got it running and at the main location it is working fine lighting lights and everything. But at all the remote locations I can leave msg but no msg light will light. I can go into mcwl on the remote switch and light the msg light and delete. Have tried loading vm 2400 digital w/mci and it won't load. So it is 2400 digital and works but can't light msg lights at remote location. any ideas.

You will need MCI integration to light MW lights over CCIS to the remote sites. Perform a "keydump" from the VMAIL directory to read the key licensing. If it has MCI integration listed, then it should be available. You did not mention what was done to restore the VM. If it was reloaded, you may have missed a disk with the MCI files on it. It could also be a bad com port on the PC. One way to confirm if MCI was present is to check it out in ASYD and see if it is activated and to which IO port it is being sent to.

Thank you for responding I had to remove the serial folder from vm and restart it in 2400 digital with mci and it worked.
