I have the same question as in thread937-951183. I just inherited an NEC system and I need to know the how to's to make changes in voicemail like setting up new users and changing the passwords so people can retrieve their voicemails. I want to learn both ways through the phone and the terminal. Please help.

Yes it is.

Via the telephone you can get to system manager by accessing your vm box as if you were going to get your messages. After you are in your mailbox press "0". that will give you system manager options. Follow the prompts as it is very user freindly.
