We have an external source on our MOH and it was working fine, just noticed the other day that MOH wasn't working no more. I check the external source and it is working fine up to the pair MOH port in the PABX. I don't knows which card it is connected and LEN if there is, or command maybe to check. Any suggestion/tips where to check, or card need reset or maybe bad. Thank you.

ASYD index 64 bit 7 needs to be a 1 for MOH. Music source is connected to the EXALM cable on the white/orange pair.

Is this a one stack system, or do you have multiple stacks? How many PIMS?

I have multiple stacks.

I am pretty sure that on a multiple stack system MOH goes on the EXALM cable pins 26 and 28.
