We are having problems accessing a NEAX MAIL system using the remote access number. When you dial the number, instead of being prompted for the security code and password, the system says "I'm going to ask several questions. After each, please reply". On-site users can retrieve their messages by just dialing the 4 digit extension (the last 4 digits of the remote access number) without a problem. I don't think anyone was working on the system recently and the LEC confirmed that the number is being routed through the correct PRI to our office. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
