NEAX 7400 ICS upgraded to NEAX 7400 IMX configuration with AVAYA

Dear All ,

i've been lost and i had a very hard time with this unaccomplished project , so i wish i really hope that i can find any one here can help me .

the case as below

NEAX 7400 ICS upgraded to NEAX 7400 IMX connecting to AVAYA S8720 server and G650 Media gateway the connection is ISDN/PRI TIE trunk ,over more than 6 months i'm trying to setup this connection correctly but i always failed

the problem is finally is no caller id fro both sides when i call from NEC to AVAYA i got the Trunk Name on the IPT display when i call from AVAYA to NEC i got "Call" on the wireless sets and i got "DDD" or "12024" on the digital NEC phone set .

please let me know what is the right configuration i can do on NEC NEAX 7400 IMX.
