I have built a new acd group with 3 agents in it and all agents can recieve calls from the queue when dialed within the same switch however only one phone can recieve calls DID over Fusion. The other 2 phones had DSS's on them and other line appearences and I have deleted them in Akyd. When the call comes in over fusion to one of these 2 phones and the agents are logged in the call queues to the split and then recieves the recording via the CCV and then when the call is presented to the agent the Ready on the LCD flashes and then the call is disconnected. Any thoughts would be greatly apprieciated.
