NEAX 2000 IVS Phone sytem is not able to contact Voice Mail system

Hi,

We have NEAX 2000 IVS phone system connected with Voice mail System Repartee 7.42. It was working OK. Then we have moved to new location. Now Phone system works internally. Voice Mail system is also working from out side. But we are not able communicate internal phone system from outside and are not able to call the out side from the internal phone system.

Any idea?
