our company currently has bought an old NEC nEAX 1400 system from an acution. but i am having some problems to operate this system, here are the questions.
1, I would like to set up about 3 lines for our customer service to listen to phone calls from outside calls, but i have a tough time to set it up because all the phones were ringing. what i mean, is that, i would only want 3 out of say, 30 phones to be ringing when receiving a phone call from the public.
