Hi, Im not very experienced with Exchange but here is the problem Im having.

My email address is set to recieve NDRs, and I am recieving NDRs for previous mailboxes which have long since been deleted. Is there any setting or method i can use to make exchange only send me NDRs for current mailboxes?

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated

Aaron

Exchange is going to send an NDR for every email it can't deliver, whether it is meant for a current mailbox and just addressed incorrectly or if it is for a previous mailbox. I have set up a kind of dummy account and I add the email addresses for previous employees to that account so they do not generate an NDR.
