Hi there,

I would like to clear the ndfl within a acd.
Anyone knows how to do it ?
*, #, nul nothing works and nothing in the NTP's about removing values.
Putting NRAC to NO and after saving to YES doesn't clear the old value under NDFL.
Removing the ACD and making it new is not really a option now, because there are about 300 sets with the ACD.

X" is the approved method to blank a field at most prompts. Example: if the current value is 1234, try X, or X 1234, or X1234

GHTROUT,

"X" I had forgotten to mention, but also doesn't work.
"X in combination with value" also doesn't work.
Our serviceprovider thinks we have run into bug.

Issue relates to the new working of AACC (update 10, versus WFM).
Beware for installing, because its not in the releasenotes !!!!
PCP is after that update different then before.

PCP now starts after not ready by agent and no not ready reason or the new system 00000 (Default_ACW) !!
Any not ready reason kills the PCP and by that WFM (forcasting).

I'm looking if there is a patch where you can fill the NDFL with 00000 (now maximum 4 digits).

Gr,

REAAL.
