Hello fellow Aloha peeps. Does anyone know where CMC reads the list of clients that are "supposed" to be online? I have several locations that are showing devices offline that are not active in the store and need to be cleaned up. Is there a way to clean up CMC so only legitimate devices show online/offline?

Hello stratobastard,

What you have to do is delete your terminals in CFC and in RAL.
Perform a refresh and then delete the file site.topology (can't remember the exact name).
This file is located in the CMC install dir on your BOH.

Best regards.

Yeah, then set the restaurant on fire and shoot yourself in the genitals.

Delete c:\program files (x86)\ncr\cmc\sitetopology.config and restart the command center service, log out of command center and back in.

There really is no end to the bad advice on the Internet, is there?

J
