Installation KX-NCP500, voip telephone provider.
I want a mobile phone to ring together with the ICD group that answers calls to the office.
According to feature guide 1.2.2.3 I made a virtual PS, added the extension number to the ICD group, and forwarded all calls to this extension number to the mobile phone number. Problem is that as soon as the call is forwarded all the office extensions in the ICD group stop ringing, and cannot intercept the call anymore.

you have to have enhanced licence for mobile in icd group to work.
if you have the licence, you would fwd the ps ext to the mobile you want to ring and put it in the group, it will ring with the other phones, (as long as you have a spare outgoing line and fwd to external enabled) you do not forward all calls to this ps extension.

you could set the group to overflow no answer to the mobile, the phones will ring then after set time transfer to the mobile

Thanks,
I have the enhanced licence (I think), the problem is the mobile starts ringing but the other extensions stop ringing as I mentioned

If you have the ps extension fwd to the mobile. The incoming call is dil/ ddi to the icd group and the ps extension in the group it should work. Check under slot- key activation to see if enhanced licence is installed

Hi, enhanced software key present. It does work except that the wired extensions in the ICD group stop ringing when the forwarding call to the PS (=mobile) is made. I can notice that when I set the PS to delayed ringing, all extensions ring until the PS is called, they should keep ringing.
There are only VOIP lines, can that be part of the problem?

Further details: on the wired phones the button for one of the outgoing lines starts flashing/ringing (meaning the virtual PS starts ringing), but as soon as the mobile starts ringing the button turns solid red meaning the call is seen as taken, also the button for the first extension in the group turns red (engaged), but this extension still is free.
Could it be that the incoming calls on the mobile are forwarded by the mobile provider (through voice mail system, which is enabled) so tha the call is seen as answered??

Surprise: does not work on mobile with vodafone, does work properly on KPN mobile (prepaid).
Although no forwarding was active on the vodafone mobile

exactly, vodaphone tricks the pbx into thinking the call is answered, whereas the mobile is only ringing. Have you any idea how?
I emailed vodafone today (hope to get an answer in 5 working days, but it seems a very technical problem>very hard to get the right answer from these big companies).
