ncos and forwarding

A reception phone has no outside access, but needs to ring another phone which has a fwd to a mobile number.
Due to the reception ncos, this does not work, we get NU.
How can i get round this?
i dont want the reception phone to be able to dial the mobile number direct.

Try setting Customer Data Block OPT to CFF

that feature give forward control to the forwarding party as opposed to the calling party.. and it is a cdb option.. cfo (default) is call forward originating..
