NCM 3.6 import problem

Hi folks
I have installed NCM 3.6 release pack 3 for 200 BCM50.
But i have a problem with importing BCM configuration. when i try the download configuration i recieve

this warning. And when i try NCM 4.0 there is a no problem.i can do anything what i want.
my bcm version is 2.0.2.05e.,
do you have any idea

Hate to respond with a question, but ....
Why use 3.6 when its been discontinued and 4.0 works properly?
