Not sure that this situation will be one that anyone here has experienced, but it sounds close to a problem that I've had in the past.
We have a DID station number that does not appear on a telephone set. It is setup as an ACD with an NCFW to the lead number in a TDM/SIP gateway that routes the call to Microsoft Exchange Unified Messaging (UM). Problem is that the PBX data attached to the incoming call makes it appear as if the external user dialed the lead number of the messaging system, rather than showing the the caller dialed the DID ACDN. With that information, the UM server plays the default greeting instead of the ACD user's personal greeting.
Is there something I can set that will result in the identity of the called ACDN being forwarded to the gateway and UM server?
Thanks,
Bruce
