My NBX100 system was running version 4_0_27 and it locked up. After I performed a hard boot, the system gives me an NBX100 prompt. I can ping netset and get a response but I'm not able to access netset from a browser nor can I use ftp. I tried to go back to the previous version but was unable to do so. I think the database is corrupt but I can't upload and a backup of the same. I would appreciate any suggestions as to how to proceed. Thanks!

NBX100 can't access netset

Any assistance with this topic would be appreciated. I ran into a similar issue with my SuperStack 3 NBX. About a week ago the NetSet web interface stopped working, and I've tried both soft resets through Hyper Terminal, and a hard reset, and the NetSet interface is still unavailable.
