As long as your network settings on the NBX are correct (IP, Netmask, Gateway, and DNS) there is no reason on the NBX side it will not send the email to gmail.
Gmail may be blocking your email as spam if it is coming from a dynamic IP or if you do not have PTR, MX and A records for the PUBLIC IP address that the NBX is sending from.
the nbx is also going to send this message unauthenticated. So gmail could be blocking this or your ISP could also be blocking this. I worked for a company once and all of a sudden all of the outbound mail on our POP3 accts would not send...foudn it to be isp blocking becuase we were not authenticating outbound mail.
