Good morning (or evening) everybody!
Here's my problem: I've added a new user in our NBX v3001 3com (now hp) and all the incoming calls are diverted, without ringing, to the voicemail.
The phone is a Sip Endpoint Terminal and I really don't have a clue why this is happening since I've installed other identical phones without troubles.
I've also tried deleting and re-adding the user and changing the extension: nothing.
Any hints to solve?
