I have a potenial customer with a nbxv 3000 3 com system. When they hit there voicemail button it comes up all ports busy. Also when calling in to main number it just ring and auto attendant doesnt pick up.. any ideas?
No restart in vm menu. If I try and uncheck the vm box it says requires 3rd party vm license.
After resetting system all ports still busy. They have the auto attendant set to pick up on a 0 ring count. So because it's not working the can't receive call from the main number.
Sorry , but you see VM port Busy from netset configuration , or calling into VM from extension ?
See attachment and verify screen-shoot , if you not have port VM Busy i suppose you have dialplan issue .
Send me dialplan , and explain flow chart call , example call from extension x300 to 500 send call to VM Autoattendant xxx

From all exstension if the vm button is pressed it reads all ports busy.
When 501-515 and up are called it rings busy. I believe those are the vm ports.
The box I tried to uncheck was on the operations tab( system wide).
It will nor allow me to uncheck the vm tab without a third party license purchase.
I'm notvat the system now but I may be able to schedule a tech support session with you if you think you can help and you can give me your price and I'll back bill the custome. Let me know....
