Issue: The other day I had no problems viewing the policies for one of our backup servers using the jnbSA gui. However, this week I consistantly get:

vrts.nbu.admin.NBUCommandOutputException: Missing output line while reading policy attributes. Expecting: 'INFO ' Output line: 'INFO' (Status -1).

Permissions on my ../netbackup/db/class directory have not changed.

Backups ran successfully last night.

What's causing the CommandOutputException?

Further informaton....when I run the bpadm command, I can access the policies. What is stopping me from viewing policies/kicking off manual backups, etc from the jnbSA GUI?

Thanks,
Joy

Resolved...sort of... I moved the class directory to a new name and untarred a new class directory in it's place. Not sure what caused this problem, however, it's gone.
