I have a form that has the same fields from a table but the second part of the fields are in a Datasheet view subform. I would like to create a Next record button that will advance in both form and subform at the time - this way it will highligh the filed so the user see it more clearly.
I was able to set the main form to move but not the subform.
I was wondering if anyone did this before.
Thank you.

You should link the subform to the mainform.

Hope This Helps, PH.

They are linked. I would like the form to update as soon as I change / lost focus a record. The subform will update only if I navigate to a different record and then back.
I tried "requerry' and "save" but not sure whether to use for the main form or the subform.

I was able to set the main form to move
How did you that ?

I tried setting the focus to the form and then run the code but I received "Form not opened" error message.
I'll keep trying.

DoCmd.GoToRecord , , acNext

Set the code on Click event
