does anyone know how to suppress the standard microsoft access navigation bar (along the bottom of a form). ideally to have them not showing at all.

I do not want users to use these in anyway, but to use command buttons instead.

Any ideas?

Hi!

In the form properties, format tab, set the Navigation Buttons property to No.

Ali,
This is easy. In design view, at the top left of the form there is a box.

Right click the box and chose properties. Then chose the format tab and change the Yes to No for the Navigation Buttons option.
