I am running NAVCE 7.6 on both clients and servers in a group (3 W2K servers - apx 100 XP clients each)
The problem is that when I configure a scheduled client scan on the groups primary server (right click the primary server > all tasks > norton antivirus > scheduled scans > clients tab etc...) it is not cascaded to the clients.
When I right click on an actual client machine and check scheduled scans, both scan boxes are empty.
This only happens on the primary master server the other 2 servers are working fine...
I am aware of problems with primary master servers overwriting custom scans if they are rebooted but this seems to be a different issue (symantec Doc ID 2001030706481848
Upgrading is not an option
Any ideas?
