NAV761 Install Problem

A client is trying to install NAV761 on an XP Pro system the client double clicks the icon and the files are expanded and the installshield begins to gather information and the status bar moves about 75% of the way and then it all seems to close. There are no log files, I can't find the expanded files. What am I missing
