NAV sez: "Full system scan - Not completed" What to do?

I just bought SystemWorks 2002, installed on my Win2K Pro machine & ran a "Full scan." When I got up this morning, the Norton Antivirus:Status:Full System Scan line says "Not completed" in big red letters - but does not (as far as I can find) tell me why or suggest a course of action. The wholly unhelpful log only has this to say:

Date: 2/1/2002, Time: 2:49:32, Tim Reed on xxxxx

Virus scan started.

Date: 2/1/2002, Time: 3:24:04, Tim Reed on xxxxx

Virus scan failed.


Any ideas on what went wrong, or how to get Norton to cough up a little more
information?

WHen 2002 detects a virust it puts it in quarintine, you then can do what you want with it out of quarntine
