NAV Corporate Edition 7.5 - installation problems

Hello Everybody,

I try to install NAV Corporate Edition 7.5 on a Terminal Server (TS).
I get to the point where I have to select the server I want to install to. I highlight the server name, I click on Add and then, I get the error "Network name not found".
Please note that I want to install the software on the TS, so I'm logged on locally at the TS. If I highlight another server in the list, I have no problem.

Any help would be greatly appreciated,

Hi Doina,

NAV 7.5 is not supporting the TS. Only NAV 7.6CE is supporting the terminal server editions. Pls go through the symantec techsupport site for NAV 7.6 installation procedure for TS.
