NAV 2002 Internal email problem

Can anyone point me in the right direction regarding an issue with internal emails on a network?

It seems the mail sent internally never gets received - it just disappears.

I have tested on the web mail side of things and that works perfectly.

Can it be that NAV is playing a part in this?
