NAV 10.0 (unable to connect to server)

I installed NAV 10.0 on the server and currently trying to install the client on the client machine(s). When ever I select the server I got the following error message

“A managed Client cannot connect to an unmanaged secondary server. It must connect to either or managed secondary server or directly to a primary server”

Please advice.

when you setup your server is it set has the primary server of your nav server tree/group?
