moving to windows 2000 native mode exchange is already in native mode

Is the Exchange server a DC? Why do you think you would need to turn it off? I don't think you need to turn this off. I would say to change into Native mode after a full backup of your network is completed.

no idea why just was told that and am double checking I have never done it with the exchange off just seeing if anyone else has
