National Option Not available on BCM450

Hi there.

Has anyone run into a situation where in the BCM Element Manager / Routing section, they have Private/ Public (Unknown) options available for different routes and NOT Private / National options?

And if so, is there a fix?

Take a look at the region the system is set for. If it's not NA I don't think the option is there someone else can verify.
 
Hi All.

I found out what happened.
When the Data Migration was done, for some reason it put the physical lines into BlocA (for IP) as opposed to POOL:A

As soon as that was done, the National Option became available, as well as the dial 9 option.

Hope this helps someone else.
