Hi all,

An odd issue on one of our customers' SIP trunks, they cannot dial numbers starting 01 (national numbers such as 01460xxxxxx or 01283xxxxxx etc). They can dial London numbers, mobile numbers, international numbers, but not national.

When they try national numbers, they get either one-way or no-way audio. This is normally a ports issue but seeing as it works fine for all other types of calls, it must be the provider. I've logged a ticket with the provider but thought I'd post here incase I've missed something.

Any ideas?

Assuming that every other number you dial works OK, it can really only be down to the provider, unless you are routing calls via an ARS / Shortcodes to via another route / line
