PLease can someone assist it this all makes sense

Thank You!!

Understood, now i have got ethernet 0 which in connected to my LAN 10.0.0.1 then will have this adsl cbale connected in.What connection would i need in the dialer interface 0 if this deos this outisde Nat, I'm persume the adsl cable which is obiously connected to a phone line connects me to the net. Sorry for all the question new to all this, also if i have an ip of 88.211.91.1 255.255.255.248 what address can i use out of this?

Hope you can help

Thank you Once Again!!

88.211.91.1 255.255.255.248

so the subnet is 88.211.91.0 /29
you have 88.211.91.1 through 88.211.91.6 available to use...
88.211.91.7 would be your broadcast address for that subnet

likely the .1 address is what your isp will be using as your gateway.. you can then set up static nat translations to nat the other ips to internal hosts..

you can also create a nat pool to use as many or as little of that address space for outbound connections..

The dialer 0 interface is a logical interface that appears when the physical interface (ATM) is configured. So therefore, there is no physical connection to the dialer interface---it is a logical connection bound to even more logical connections (virtual access in a virtual template) that tells the ATM interface how to connect to the circuit.
The only physical connection is to the physical ATM interface, which would be the phone line.
