I have a 2811 with 2 Ethernet interfaces. My ISP originally issued me a block of 6 Ip addresses which I have used up. I was issued a 2nd block that is completely seperate from the 1st. I have added a few static NAT entries but cannot ping the default gateway through the router. Can someone give me an overview of what needs to be done in this scenario other that verifying any ACLs and ading static NAT. do I need a subinterface on the outside interface that is in the 2nd ip block? Sorry if this is vague but I will answer any questions and provide information to get this working.

Thnaks in advance

Does the router have a route to the second IP block? Please post the relevant configuration.
