NAS Network Attendant Service set up

I need some assistance please in setting up NAS for console. I cant seem to find detailed instructions. Console at one site, on cs1000e (7.5), needs to be sent to console at another site, on cs100m (5). These are 2250 consoles at both sites currently. I have verified packages needed and found some information with loads required etc; but it is not detailed enough to give me what i need to set this up correctly. Anyone have a very detailed instruction list and/or set this up before, that could help me out please? or if anyone knows of a simpler way to send calls from one to another? We have tie lines between the 2 sites and SIP trunks/nodes/etc connections.
