Name Tag Hunt Groups

Hi All,

I'm trying to distinguish incoming calls by using name tag hunt groups however when I call that hunt group (internally and externally)I receive CLI not the name tag which has been labelled in the telephone directory.

Mitel 3300 CXi with version 7.0 software.

Stupid question from me... The ~ is in the number field in the Tel Dir isn't it?

I was under the impression that you did not have to alpha tag name tag hunt groups.I have never had this issue on version 8 or 9

Problem fix. Work around, rerouted always a hunt group to a name tag hunt group. Now name appears when callers ring into the hunt group.

Release 8 and 9 work without an issue.
