Name on Phone Display

I am new to the Meridian PBX's, and am having a problem inputting the user's display name. The CLS has CPNA in it. When I change KEY 00 SCR xxxx it comes back with CPND and I am unsure what to enter. Here is a screen shot of the station. Also, i can't add a voicemail button.

at the cpna prompt, you need to type new and press return. the next prompt is where you input the name.

alternatively you can do a ld 95, new, name, enter until you get to dn, put in dn, put in name, type in 16, type in first,last, enter, enter........done!
