How many characters are allowed? It seems to be less than the 3213's!!!

On a 3213 name comes up as M Pollington
On a 4225 name comes up as Pollington

Not a major problem, but annoying to my users (

EMG tells me that names cannot have more than 19 characters. Tried M Pollington on my 4225 and it displayed correctly.

Cheers - Paul

Sorry, I never explained properley.

A 3213 has the name "Marc" "Pollington" in the NIINI.
When the 3213 calls another 3213 it displays as "M Pollington" which is fine.
When the 3213 calls a 4225 it displays only "Pollington" on the display of the 4225, which is not fine.

The customer is unhappy because the 4225 has a much bigger screnn, but appears to show less info about the caller than a rubbish 3213...

The question I'm asking is about the difference in display characters between 3213 and 4225...
